Entry
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and excludes employees (and their families) of PizzaExpress or any of their group companies, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
Entries must be submitted by an adult over 18 on behalf of children aged 11 years or younger.
By entering into this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may terminate your entry or any prize if there are grounds to suspect any fraudulent or deceitful conduct of any kind or if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so.
The competition will run from Monday 30th March - Tuesday 1st September 2026 inclusive (“Entry Period”)
To enter this competition, participants must submit their child's veggie pizza creation via the official online form found at [Tom.pizzaexpress.com] during the Entry Period. Entries which are submitted after the Entry Period will not be accepted. No other method of entry will be accepted, including but not limited to email, social media or in-restaurant submission.
Only one entry from a single email account per month is permitted. . For Example, Account X can submit an entry into the competition each month (1x April, 1x May, 1x June etc). However, Account X cannot submit several entries within a singular month.
There will be five (5) winners, one (1) winner will be chosen at random each month from those eligible entries submitted during that month. For example, The April winner will be selected from entries submitted in April only.
Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) Kids' Pizza Making Party for themselves and up to five (5) friends at their chosen PizzaExpress restaurant. The prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and is redeemable subject to the availability and booking capacity of the selected restaurant. Each winner is expected to book the Kids' Pizza Making Party within 30 days of being notified as a winner, save for exceptional circumstances. The selected date must be within the twelve (12)-month validity period, once the validity period has expired the prize cannot be redeemed.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available. No purchase necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
Except where expressly provided, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with or not specifically included with the prizes.
Winner
Each of the five (5) winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter from all eligible entries made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into.
Each winner will be notified via email within five (5) days of the end of the previous calendar month. To redeem the prize, the winner must respond to the email sent by [email protected] within ten (10) days of being notified as the winner. Should the winner not be successfully contacted or reject/forfeit the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and/or select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Valid proof of identification may be required. The prize will be administered in the name of the entrant who made the submission. The entrant is responsible for providing accurate details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the entrant.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control without liability to the entrant. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any act or default of any third party supplier or from circumstances which are beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
By entering the competition, the winners acknowledge that they may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition and/or that the Promoter has unreserved and exclusive rights to use entries in any publicity materials subsequent to the competition without further consent or payment. The Promoter is not responsible for any posts which the entrant may publish on any social media websites, applications or platforms in respect of this competition and the entrant confirms that such posts are not sponsored by the Promoter. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Instagram is released from any liability in connect with this competition.
These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between entrants and the Promoter relating to this competition. Any failure or delay by the Promoter in exercising or enforcing, or partial exercise or enforcement of, any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
The Promoter claims full and unreserved copyright to all Competition entries without exception.
Personal data about entrants will be processed in accordance with data protection laws. Entrants' personal data may be shared with the Promotor's partners and/or agents in order to administer the competition.
These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
